Distance Sessions

What to Expect From Your Distance Sessions:

• We will set a time convenient for both of us when you can relax in a peaceful surrounding, focused on yourself (in many cases, some means of communication i.e. phone, skype connection, etc. will be beneficial).
• As soon as we begin the session, I will channel specific energy vibrations to do their work for you as needed. If we are also verbally communicating, I will talk you through the session.
• The sensations you will experience during the session will be unique to you. You might "see", "hear", "sense" or even "smell". Whatever sensations you will go through, the experience will be pleasant and relaxing!
• After the session we will take some time to discuss your experience and how to better recognize and utilize your new energy alignments. 

During a session your interaction with specific energy frequencies is initiated. The frequencies will stay with you and continue to work long after the session ends.
